A Proven Leader. A True Neighbor. Your Voice.
Meet Kay
Hello District 17, I’m Kay Lokey.
For 25 years, I wore the badge, retiring as a Deputy Chief of Police from the Metro Nashville Police Department. I managed massive budgets, led teams under extreme pressure, and made public safety my life's work. Now, I am ready to bring that same dedication, truth, and transparency to the Sumner County Commission.
Sumner County is growing rapidly, and we need leadership that manages growth responsibly, supports our first responders, and protects your tax dollars. I’m not a career politician—I’m a retired Chief dedicated to keeping our neighborhoods safe and thriving. Together, we can tackle the challenges ahead.
